Joe Beckerley

I am the founder of Performance Strength Lab a high-performance training facility designed by endurance athletes for endurance athletes, and for those committed to improving their long-term health.

My coaching focuses on building the endurance athlete by improving movement mechanics, power, strength, endurance and nutrition. Performance Strength Lab emphasizes on understanding the individual goals of each client, in the context of their training history and injury history, in order to provide each client with the programming and coaching needed to accomplish their next goal.

I myself am an accomplished athlete, recognized as USA Triathlon All-American and Ironman All World Athlete and top tier trail runner; I take even greater pride in my world-class coaching abilities.  I have obtained the elite certifications of Level 2 USA Triathlon, USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coach, Ironman Certified Coach and American Council On Exercise Personal Trainer, Youth Fitness and Sports Nutrition Specialist. I have had the opportunity to study directly under the USA Triathlon Coaching Team at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, the USA Olympic Team running coach Bobby McGee, and USA Olympic Team Weightlifting coach Jim Schmitz.  The top tier knowledge and experiences displayed by coaches at PSL has led to the success of our clients, at local, national and international levels.

As a coach I am prepared and committed to help all our clients Finish Strong.
