USAT and Ironman U Certified Coach who has been racing for 13 years.  TCSD has been an integral part of my triathlon career, where I met many of my good friends and training partners.  I am USAT, Ironman U, US Masters Swimming and Newton Running Certified Coach. I have completed 16 Ironman Races, 6 of those being in Kona, 25 70.3 races with annual World Qualification and many Oly and Sprint Races. I am a coach who races! I am in the trenches, I know what it’s like to crush your race, struggle, have GI issues and even DNF. I draw on my racing experiences to be a better coach. I am passionate and driven and love sharing that with my athletes. I am invested in your success!

I have coached too many athletes to count over the finish line of their first Ironman /70.3, PR’s and multiple Kona and 70.3 World’s Qualifiers. It’s not about how fast you go in my book, it’s about your willingness to give it your all. I don’t mean 20 hours every week, I mean every workout.

My specialty is coaching athletes with heart, soul, and grit! I coach all levels, I come from a swimming background having coached swimming for 30+ years! As a Plant Based athlete I can help you transition to Plant Based, increase your plant consumption or we can simply ignore that and you can eat steak, I’m flexible that way, not preachy.
