Tuesday Night Track Workout: Grossmont

An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
Performance Strength Lab is hosting one of two new Tuesday night track workouts. We felt that by having two locations, it would better help to serve members from across the county.
Our Track Workouts are open to athletes of all abilities, from beginner to elite; we break the workout into groups based on running speed and experience. The workout is geared for the busy triathlete that is fitting this session into a busy training week of swim, bike, & run training. We cover skills and drills, speed work, strength work, and anaerobic training.
Join coaches Mark Alfaro and Joe Beckerley for a triathlon specific track workout including drills, speed intervals and core strength.
The Grossmont Track is at the east end of the campus and parking is directly across the track and few is $1/hr.
