Rehab United is hosting one of two new Tuesday night track workouts. We felt that by having two locations, it would better help to serve members from across the county.
Our Track Workouts are open to athletes of all abilities, from beginner to elite; we break the workout into groups based on running speed and experience. The workout is geared for the busy triathlete that is fitting this session into a busy training week of swim, bike, & run training. We cover skills and drills, speed work, strength work, and anaerobic training.
