Winter Cycling at Rehab United. First session in free to TCSD members.
All that is needed is a bike, a stationary trainer, a
few towels, and fluid replacement. If you're hesitant
about joining or simply don't have a trainer, email me, Brian Wilson,
with questions and I can help sort something out for
you. I have a few trainers that haven't been promised
to anybody yet so respond ASAP to put one on reserve!
