The ErgVideo system forces cyclists to react to real time video of cycling and triathlon races - feel the tempo change as the pack strings out to chase down a breakaway on our 2 large screen TVs - then recover as the peloton comes back together. A great system to develop early season base training as well as in-season top-end speed.
