Hello fellow trail runners, triathletes, and friends,
every Thursday we meet at 5:30 pm at changing locations to run different trails in Mission Trails Regional Park (http://www.mtrp.org/). All my trail runs offer a variety in range, grade, pace, terrain, and elevation gain. Please read my emails that I send to the TCSD Yahoo Group every Tuesday and Thursday to get detailed information. Our runs start at 5:45 pm so please give me a call ahead of time if you get lost, if you're running late, or if you have any questions: 619-820-2388.
The trail runs range from 6 to 12 miles in distance, the pace is anywhere between 8min/mi and crawling speed, depending on trail conditions and terrain. Our average pace on a hilly 10 mile run is around 9:45min/mi. You're welcome to bring your friend(s) and dog(s), if they can maintain a moderate pace for 6-12 miles. And please don't forget hydration and appropriate running gear!
