When?
Every Thursday night, 5.45-7pm
Where?
East Mission Bay Drive - just north of the entrance to Fiesta Island, on the grass beside the parking lot of the kiddies park (Tecolote Shores). See map link: http://www.mapquest.com/mq/6-DtNLlQNNGXFA
What will the session involve?
These sessions will consist of back-to-back bike/run intervals, focusing on sustained speed/race pace work.
Race season is upon us so physical preparation of the bike to run transition is critical!
What do you need?
Please bring your own stationary trainer. There will be 2-3 trainers available, first come first serve. If you don’t have a trainer intervals can be done down East Mission Bay Drive. You will also need your bike, running shoes, towel, water, and a Brave Heart!
