Competitor Magazine and The Triathlon Club of San Diego have created a very special evening with running legend Dean Karnazes and filmmaker JB Benna on Thursday evening May 29th at the La Paloma Theatre in downtown Encinitas.
Together we have put together the very first public screening of the new Journeyfilm documentary
50 MARATHONS • 50 STATES • 50 DAYS
featuring Karnazes and his amazing accomplishments.
“Dean is one of the most amazing athletes and personalities I have ever met,” says Competitor Magazine publisher Bob Babbitt. “Having him in San Diego for a sneak peak at this amazing film directed by JB Benna, three days before the Rock ‘N’ Roll Marathon, is going to be awesome. Time: The Tri Club meeting will start at 6:00 pm and the film will show from 6:30- 8:15. Dean Karnazes and filmmaker JB Benna will speak after the film ends.
