Holly is a USAT Level I Certified Coach, preparing to take the Level II certification. She currently coaches all aspects of triathlon, including strength, as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Holly enjoys working with all ability levels. She is a multi-year qualifier for USA Triathlon Age-group National Championships, and qualifier for the 2017 ITU Age-group World Championships. She competed in track and cross country throughout her youth, earning her a track scholarship at the University of Oregon, where she obtained a Master's degree in Sports Medicine. She also competed in high school swim team, worked as a certified life guard and assistant swim coach, making her an excellent choice as a swim instructor. As a certified athletic trainer (ATC), through the National Athletic Training Association, she is educated in injury prevention, and qualified to assist athletes in rehabilitation, and return to competition.

A USAT Level II Certified Coach, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and anexperienced triathlete with over ten seasons under his belt, Bill Gleason possesses the deep knowledgerequired for coaching the complex blend of training demanded in triathlon. He's helped hundreds ofendurance athletes achieve their goals, and he plans to take that number into the thousands. Recently,his more experienced athletes have achieved National and World Championship performances, podiumfinishes, and lots of PR’s at all distances. He has coached his beginner athletes through very successful,first-time 70.3 and Ironman finishes.
Bill takes a holistic approach to training by bringing together nutritional and recovery strategies,together with proven effective workouts, all tailored to the athlete. Bill constantly improves hiseducation on both the art and science of endurance sports.
