We offer coaching services for swimming, cycling, running, triathlon, functional strength and flexibility, mental training and nutrition. A USAT Level II Certified Coach, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and anexperienced triathlete with over ten seasons under his belt, Bill Gleason possesses the deep knowledgerequired for coaching the complex blend of training demanded in triathlon. He's helped hundreds ofendurance athletes achieve their goals, and he plans to take that number into the thousands. Recently,his more experienced athletes have achieved National and World Championship performances, podiumfinishes, and lots of PR’s at all distances.
