Beginner Program

The TCSD beginner program is second to none. You will find a large number of people just like you. People who are just starting the sport and want to learn from the ground up. You can start with our monthly beginner meetings. We cover the all the basics. The small details that are often overlooked as well as the big issues that will save you headaches in the future. Beginner swims, beginner bike rides, as well as our track program will help you train for each sport with other similar people.

Lastly we have an entire beginner race series. These races are shorter in distance, smaller in number, but large in quality.
