Announcing the **New** Beginner's Mentor Groups! Here are the details:
- Groups of 10-12 people, including a mentor (Mentors are currently Jessica Motyl, Paul Todd, and Steve Tally)
- Each group will "re-energize" every three months, as some people may no longer need to be part of a beginner group, and others want to join.
- Communication via online forum (similar to Beginner Triathlete)
- Forum for any questions you may have! (e.g. What is a Brick workout?, where is a good place to ride my bike?, what is a good first race?, Do people really pee on the bike?!?!?!?)
- As a local San Diego forum, we have the opportunity to meet in person (workouts, dinners, post-workout coffee)
- Some groups will be general (e.g., “Beginner”), and some will have a specific goal in mind (e.g., “Spring Sprint Training Group”).
- How do I join?
1) Go to http://forum.triclubsandiego.org 2) Register with a username and password 3) Introduce yourself in the "Welcome" section in the Beginner's Forum (or Beginner's Forum 2, 3, etc.), or the Spring Sprint Forum
