Casual coffee ride from Starbucks in Del Mar to the Carlsbad Starbuck (30 miles) or to Oceanside Harbor for 40 for 40 mile. Uncoached, unhosted, no designated leader for now. All levels, speeds, distances welcome but be aware This is NOT a "no-drop" ride---Riders must be comfortable with frequent start/stops, gearing, clipping in and out of pedals and riding in traffic. The course is easy, up the coast, turn around, back down the coast. Full ride is about 40 miles but you can adjust your mileage by turning around at any point. We roll PROMPTLY at 8am so arrive early to park/get your gear on. Stay after the ride for coffee and camaraderie.
