Transition and how triathlons work We will look at the aspects of triathlon some basic rules\, how transitions work and a beginner triathlon. There is also a gear swap meet for those looking to find some used gear at discount prices.\n\n<p><b> Everyone is invited to participate in the Triathlon Clinic however\, only first-timers or those very new to triathlon to Triathlon (3 or less triathlons) will be allowed to participate in the practice triathlon.
