DESCRIPTION:Early morning\, midweek\, 15 mile\, 90 minute hosted bike ride around La Jolla includes a climb (1000ft) up to the cross at the top of Mt Soledad for pictures. Descend down Nautilus back to Flower Pot. \n<p>Suggest be able to climb Torrey Pines (400ft) twice to prepare for the climb. <p><b>First timers and interesteds please contact ride contact for details and possible assistance. </b>\n<p>ALTERNATIVE: Start 6:50 at De Anza Cove Rose Creek Bike Trail Head\, meet with Flower Pot starters and all meet at Soledad Cross for pictures.
