Thursday Night Track Workout

An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Workouts includes 10 minutes of warmup and running/technique drills, 40 minutes of moderate to high intensity running intervals, and 10 minutes core and body weight exercises. All levels are welcome!
