UCSD Track - interval type workout.
Workout lasts about an hour and will include a warmup, dynamic drills, main workout and cooldown.
All levels welcome.
To add an event, please fill out our FORM below. After the event has been reviewed, it will go live in our calendar.
Select on the calendar and use the RSVP link, or visit the RSVP/Polls page to select an event and RSVP.
There is no need to RSVP to Workouts or Meet-ups, just show up!
