Pilates Virtual CHALLENGE Starts

We are excited to have teamed up with Pilates For Sports to offer all members, families and friends, the chance to stay involved with the club, to keep fit and be part of a Free 28-Day Core Strength Challenge. It will involve 10-15 minutes a day for the month of February to strength your core.

Pilates For Sports delivers online customized Pilates programs for athletes of all levels, which you can do from home or any location with an internet connection. The program you receive will help strengthen your core, develop strong muscles around the joints, reduce pain and improve your posture, so that you can be your best in sport and in life. With a choice of Triathlon, 15 other sports and Pilates For Life, there is something for everyone.
