Beginner Bike Workout
The Beginner Bike Workout will be every Wednesday and begin at 5:30pm sharp so make sure to get there and be ready to ride by 5:30pm. There will always be brief instructions before each workout. We will meet every Wednesday at the big/small loop split near the Youth Aquatic Center. This workout is for beginners/intermediate cyclists wanting to learn and expand their bicycling skills and bicycle maintenance. We will work on several different aspects of riding to include increasing your pace, endurance to ride longer distances, climb up hills at an increased pace and long longer distances and more.
