Fiesta Island Bike Interval Workout
The Intermediate / Advanced Bike Workout will be every Wednesday and begin at 5:30pm. We meet at the Y split on Fiesta Island by the Youth Aquatic Center. Workouts consist of a 10min warm up and then high intensity intervals with a rest period between each. You will learn how to push hard, use active recovery and ride in a pace line, 2x2 and other group dynamics. After the interval workout there is a cool down and then a 2 mile brick run (OTB) for those interested. There are riders of all different levels at this workout so come out and join!
