First Light Swim
Weekly Mondays at Ventura Cove Mondays FLS is a Swim Meet-up - no hard start/end time Arrive at 6:15am to review a swim plan and buddy up. There are 5 Buoys covering ~ 200 yds. One lap around is roughly 400 yds. Toes in the Water @ 6:30am. No set Leader or distance. Perfect for new to Open-water swimmers, or those interested in Open Calm Water Swimming to build stamina or tune technique. Swim Open Water has a 1 hr Coached Workout starting at 7am , open to all
Park in Ventura cove parking lot, between lifeguard tower and bathrooms.
Arrive at 6:15 to make a swim plan. Toes in time is 6:30am sharp (postponed to 6:45 am if it is too dark to safely see)
