First Light Swim - Time Trial
Special Event at Ventura Cove Mondays FLS is a Swim Meet-up - no hard start/end time - however On August 22, in partnership with Swim Open Waters, Coaches Sidney and Stephen will host a Swim Time Trial. You are welcome to start swimming earlier for a warm-up. Time Trial will consist of 1 or 2 laps around the Buoys, for a ~400m or ~800m Distance. You must check-in and get a number assignment prior to 7am. Swimmers will start off an intervals at 7:15am
Park in Ventura cove parking lot, between lifeguard tower and bathrooms.
Arrive at 6:15 to make a swim plan. Toes in time is 6:30am sharp (postponed to 6:45 am if it is too dark to safely see)
Time Trial start/finish will be on the West point in front of Bahia hotel. You must Register prior to the event start time.
