Morning Track Workout

UCSD Track (not the soccer field!) Come get faster on the TRACK! Workouts focus on running form and speed! Workout lasts about an hour and will include a warmup, dynamic drills, main workout and cooldown . All levels welcome. We have runners that run a 5 minute mile and runners that run a 15 minute mile.

Location is on the UCSD TRACK. If you google the track , it will bring you to the soccer fields. The running track is across the road next to it.if you are not sure where this is, reach out to Mandy and she will get you taken care of.
