Morning Track Workout
UCSD Track (not the soccer field!) Come get faster on the TRACK! Workouts focus on running form and speed! Workout lasts about an hour and will include a warmup, dynamic drills, main workout and cooldown . All levels welcome. We have runners that run a 5 minute mile and runners that run a 15 minute mile.
