AM Bike-Run on Fiesta

Not a coached workout, just looking for anyone who might be interested in joining. I usually do an intense interval bike workout around Fiesta Island followed by a short Zone 2 endurance run. You can decide if you would like to do intervals with me or just cruse around the island a few times. The intervals are usually 60-90 min long depending on what race I’m training for. Sometimes I do the intervals then ride up to Mt. Soledad as well if I have time. After the bike workout, there will be a Zone 2 endurance run for 20-40 min long. (Conversational pace)

Around Fiesta Island. Park at the lot outside the island, on Mission Bay Drive. Near the bathrooms and children's playground. (see map)
