All Level Open Water Swim
Coached by Coach Dean Sprague. All levels welcome, but geared to those comfortable with open water swimming. It’s a great opportunity to get race-like conditions in a controlled environment which will include interval sessions, racing skills, open water swim drills, technique and more.
Ventrura Cove in Mission Bay. Near Bahia Hotel. Adequate parking, restrooms, showers available. Nearby dining and coffee shops also.
