Run Event

Track Workout

A workout track COACHED by Certified Run and Triathlon Coaches Mandy Leonards and Kristan Huenink. This workout is appropriate for all levels and the full workout with warmup and cooldown is written to last about an hour. Please bring water and proper running shoes. Parking is at your OWN RISK. Please read parking signs to avoid getting a parking ticket. There is free street parking by the Torrey Pines Gliderport as well as off John Hopkins Drive.
