TCSD Wednesday Fiesta Island Bike Workout
Workout is to increase speed with intervals and then have an active recovery. You will build your bike strength, learn how to ride with others near you and also simulate race like conditions. - All levels are welcome. Fiesta Island is a one way course with no stop signs. - Each loop is 4.1 miles. We will work on speed and recovery drills. If you're new to cycling, this is the perfect place to learn to ride. - Feel free to bring your running shoes, if you want to do a short brick run - 2 miles, after the bike workout.
