BOWS! (Beginners’ Open Water Swim)
A workout designed to support athletes making the transition from the pool to the Big Salty Pool (bay & ocean). If you’re able to swim at least 100m without stopping, this is your workout. Workout leaders and others are here to help settle your nerves and turn the swim into your favourite race segment. Goggles/Wetsuit highly recommended but not required. Brightly coloured swim cap is required for safety; if you don’t have one, we’ve got plenty for you!
