TCSD Glorietta Bay Wednesday Evening Swim Workout
Triathlon Club San Diego is happy to announce the return of the Wednesday evening swim workout. We will swim the buoy line which is approx. 380 Yd lap. The distance from beach to the first buoy is 50-70 yd depending on the tide. The distance you swim is based on your swimming goals. Coach Brian is the host of this event and can assist you with direction and instruction. What you will need and what's optional: Swimsuit Towel Goggles (Preferably tinted because the low sun angle) Wetsuit (Optional) Swim Cap (Optional and provided) Swim Booties and Gloves (Also Optional) Swim Buoy (Optional) The water is Ranges from the upper 60's to the upper 70"s in summer, so a wetsuit is recommended during the spring months. There are showers and restrooms available. This is a hosted event by Coach Brian.
