Strength and Yoga for Athletes

Get ready for an AMAZING fusion of strength training and Katonah Yoga designed specifically to supercharge your athletic performance! This game-changing class is built around the principle that better movement creates better performance.

What to Expect: We'll train from the ground up, focusing on posture, positioning, and controlled strength so your body can absolutely CRUSH the demands of swimming, biking, and running! Each energizing session blends mobility, strength, and stability work designed to improve efficiency, reduce wear and tear, and help you feel more connected and powerful in your body!
This incredible approach combines strength training with Katonah Yoga principles to support injury prevention, boost body awareness, and reinforce foundational movement patterns—all with the ultimate goal of enhancing your longevity in sport!
What to Bring:
-->Yoga mat (required)
-->Light dumbbells and/or resistance bands (optional but encouraged for added exercise variety). Don't stress if you don't have weights—the class easily adapts to bodyweight exercises based on group size and available equipment!
