SPECIAL CLUB MEETING & RAFFLE DRAW

On February 6, 1982, Kathleen McCartney and Julie Moss had a race at the Ironman World Championship that changed the Ironman-and the sport of triathlon- forever. Kathleen caught and passed Julie in the last fifty yards and ended up winning the race by a mere 29 seconds, the narrowest margin of victory in the history of the Ironman. To celebrate what many consider the most important moment in triathlon, on Sunday February 6th, the 40th Anniversary of their classic race, Julie and Kathleen will join Bob Babbitt and the Triathlon Club of San Diego at Function Smart for an epic Q&A. Come join us!!

Not to mention, we will draw the winners of our BIG RAFFLE!!! We will have info on the Club's 2022 calendar plans, plus food and all of the cool people :-)
