Flower Pot Bike Ride - Year Round
Early morning, midweek, 15 mile, 90 minute hosted bike ride around La Jolla includes a climb (1000ft) up to the cross at the top of Mt Soledad for pictures. Descend down Nautilus back to Flower Pot.
Suggest be able to climb Torrey Pines (400ft) twice to prepare for the climb.

ALTERNATIVE: Start 6:50 at De Anza Cove Rose Creek Bike Trail Head, meet with Flower Pot starters and all meet at Soledad Cross for pictures.
7530 Fay Avenue La Jolla, CA, 92037. Park on Fay, across the street from Flower Pot Coffee Shop. 2 hour parking after 8am. Wheels rolling 6:15am.
