I recently talked triathlon and Ironman with Carla Mason.  Carla teaches 7th and 8th grade Mathematics at San Elijo School in San Marcos and she is aTri Club member who recently qualified for Ironman Hawaii with her 12:14:07 performance at Ironman Arizona.

I talked triathlon recently with Dean Rosenberg, one of the Tri Club’s Beginner Coaches.  Dean made sure to finish Ironman Arizona quickly so he’d have time to answer all my questions.

I talked Ironman with John Holman who finished his 1^st Hawaiian Ironman on 10/16 in 16:48:12. John had a great race finishing 22^nd in the men’s 65-69 age category. I encourage you to eavesdrop on some of that conversation.

I had the chance recently to talk triathlon with the Tri Club’s very own Debbie Gallo.  Debbie had a podium performance at the Ironman World Championships in Kona on 10/16/04 placing 4th in the women’s 50-54 age group with a time of 13:16:59.
