I had the chance recently to talk Ironman and triathlon with Kim Rouse.  Kim qualified for the Hawaiian Ironman with her 1st place performance at the California 70.3 in March.  Please join me as we get to know Kim a little better.

Typically I interview a fellow Ironman finisher for this article.  This month I am making an exception.  I want to share my story from an Olympic Distance race with you.
On September 2 I raced for Team USA at the Triathlon World Championships (Olympic Distance) in Lausanne, Switzerland.  I was very happy with my race as I placed 29th out of 108 men in the 40-44 age category and I was the 4th out of 10 Americans with a finishing time of 2:20:17.

I had the chance recently to talk triathlon with Tri Club member Vickie Alexander.  Vickie qualified for the Hawaiian Ironman with her stellar performance at Vineman 70.3.  Please join me as we get to know this world class athlete.

I had the pleasure recently of talking triathlon with the Tri Club's own Diana Noble.  Diana qualified for the Hawaiian Ironman on June 25 with her great performance at her first ever Ironman at Coeur d'Alene.  Her time was 11:43:03 placing her 4th out of 105 women in the 40-44 category.  Please join me as we get to know Diana.

I recently had the great privilege to talk triathlon with Tri Club member Tom Washington.  Tom is absolutely a difference maker in the sport.  His work heading up the Swim Buddy Program has helped many people become triathlon finishers.  And as you read this, Tom is about to finish his second career Ironman at Coeur d’Alene.  Please join me as we get to know Tom.

I had the opportunity recently to talk triathlon and Ironman with Tri Club member Dennis Kasischke.  Dennis qualified for Kona by winning the men’s 60-64 age group at Ironman Arizona in a time of 12:21:51.  Please join me as we get to know Dennis a bit better.
